1.29 Tatah pratyak chetana - adhigamo pyantaraya - abhavash cha

With this, you will gain the ability to focus your mind with confidence.

There are five paths along the journey. The first path is that of accumulation where we come to realize the causes of our pain and suffering, to release them. We accumulate tools to release the cycles.

The second is that of emotional detachment to things in preparation for the next path. The path of preparation is to strengthen the mind to face deceptive reality on the path of Seen. The path of Seen lasts about twenty to thirty minutes and is the direct perception of emptiness. During practice, in meditation, everything will become clear and a stock house of seeds will ripen. Only you can explain this and it gives a glimpse into your future. The path of habituation follows and we plant seeds according to the realization. The path of normal learning follows to learn a different set of faiths. Does this way of living bring you to a higher level of being?

When faced with adversity, I call upon my teacher and observe what they would do in the given situation. Calling upon them, the first of all prayers invokes the element of God with a mantra. Examples: Vishnu, Jesus, Shiva, etc.

Observe a mentor, based on a question. Meditate on the situation and ask the teacher for guidance based on the called teacher.

You design what you say with care, and repeat it correctly, with precision. You repeat this prayer and think well upon this meeting. Chant the mantra, or word, properly, or risk the release of too many chemicals in favor of the parasympathetic system. Congruence is key. Start with Aum, thank you for this life.

Mental fluctuations cease. There is no doubt when obstacles occur as the focus shifts to the soul. With this, you will gain the ability to focus the mind within and avoid all obstacles.

Use a mala and chant mantra, while rolling beads over a finger, towards intention:

Index - peace

Middle - prosperity

Ring - inner power

Pinky - wrath (drastic means out of compassion)

There are 108 mala beads and 114 chakra points (108 of which we can utilize.) The crown chakra holds a white substance and is released during Kundalini. The serpent energy cleanses the chakras.

Mantra allows the mind to focus to avoid obstacles and serve others. The analogy surfaces of pulling ocean rocks out of the sand (negative pattern) and allowing the hole to fill with water and sand to purify.
