By Shelley's own admission, this time last year this all felt like it was an impossible dream. She would freeze with overwhelm at the thought of all the things that had to be done, all those moving parts and all of the energy and effort required to make it happen.
Fast forward a year and she hardly recognises that person from a year ago. Quite simply, she is not even the same person!
