Today I’m talking about the difference between the having vs being mentality.
This is a journey that’s been very personal to be recently as I have shifted from the need to ‘have’ into who I am being and how I am being in my life.
It can be a big thing to sit with because of the way we have been conditioned, but take some time to listen and let it land.
