Phones are a necessary evil. They connect us in ways that we never thought possible and allow us to do amazing things, but if misused, can cause a whole array of problems. Unfortunately, because of the way that cellphones today are designed, we need to be more careful than ever to make sure that we form a healthier relationship with our phones.
