Andrea's began his career in London in 1997 in a company specialized in employee survey. Since 2003 he works in Milan as a consultant, in the areas of Market research, Creativity, HR.
His main areas of expertise revolve around the employee survey (business climate analysis): planning, climate analysis, consulting, action planning.
For some years he contributed as a volunteer as a clown in hospitals, but since 2006 his main passion and hobby has become the theater of improvisation.
