Description

For Episode 225 of our award-winning podcast for writers, we set ourselves up for disappointment.

We often say that “writing is a solo project done on the public stage,” meaning we’re alone in our endeavors, but that’s not true. We rely on beta readers, editors, and cover designers to produce the best book possible. We learned this week what happens when success strikes one of our key partners: we had to slip book release dates. Sad for us, but happy for them! We discuss our feelings on the subject and how we adjusted our plans.
