- God prepares Joshua for the second chapter of his life.
- And God fulfills the sign He gave to Moses. God brought them back to Mt. Sinai—the scene of the burning bush—to worship Him. The people must prepare themselves for worship. They must be deprogrammed from all they learned in Egypt. The gods of Egypt are imaginary. Creator God is holy.
