- Until the Messiah comes, Israel must administer God's justice among the covenant community and in the midst of other nations. Israel--living under and bearing the law of God given through Moses--will prove to the world that God is good and His word is true.
- When the Messiah comes, He will mediate God's covenant between man and Himself. He will serve man as the Prophet they need. His word will be the non-negotiable word of God. The Messiah will be a Prophet. He will be the perfect unlimited Prophet. The Messiah is God.
