Laura Jane, international recording artist is originally from Michigan where she was raised in a multi cultural family. She started singing at the tender age of 3 years old and her first professional gig was singing in the children’s chorus of the OPERA GRAND RAPIDS where she performed in such acclaimed operas as CARMEN and TOSCA.  Growing up she sang and starred in radio and television commercials,  she performed theatre all over town.  







Laura Jane was accepted to the prestigious BOSTON  CONSERVATORY of Music where she studied for two years and finished her education at the UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS in  Philadelphia, PA with a degree in music and theatre. While in  Philadelphia she stumbled across superstar songwriting and producing team GAMBLE AND HUFF (who owned the building her school was actually in) of the legendary THE SOUND OF PHILADELPHIA and found herself in the studio immediately singing with such icons like Billy  Paul. Laura Jane was then placed in a girl group and with a  development deal with the label. This is where her studio experience began.  







Laura Jane performed professional regional theatre in such productions like LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, BEEHIVE, JESUS  CHRIST SUPERSTAR, a European tour of HAIR and a national tour of  HARLEM RENAISSANCE before making the trip across country to the city of angels - LOS ANGELES.  







Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Laura Jane then again found herself in another girl group this time signed to A & M RECORDS. The group eventually got dropped and then she found herself all the way across the country with no family and in need of a job!! Thus the adventures in  Los Angeles began.  







Since being in Los Angeles, Laura Jane has worked, toured and/or recorded with the likes of Enrique Iglesias, Joe Cocker, Aerosmith, Miles  Mosley, Vintage Trouble, Billy Ray Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, the late Teena  Marie, The Black Eyed Peas, Dave Matthews Band, Lea Michelle,  Michael Bolton, Josh Stone, Nicole Sherzinger to name a few. She has  performed on almost every music related television show in the UNITED 







STATES such as the GRAMMY’S, THE OSCARS, The Latin Grammy’s,  American Music Awards, MTV Music Awards, America’s Got Talent,  American Idol, The Voice, So you think you Can Dance, Billboard Music  Awards, Elle, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Jimmy Fallen,  Conan and the Late Late Show with James Corden. Laura Jane has also performed on numerous television shows in Europe and almost every music related show in Latin America. She also sang with Gloria  Estefan and Yolanda Adams on the Quincy Jones 85 Birthday  Celebration on BET and with Yolanda Adams and Carrie Underwood on the Elvis Tribute Show on NBC.  







Laura Jane most recently performed in the choir behind Cynthia Erivo on the Academy Awards 2020 singing the theme some from the movie  HARRIET. She is on the BAD BOYS FOR LIFE soundtrack, as well as  







the DORA AND THE LOST CITY OF GOLD soundtrack, where she was also the singing voice for Eva Longoria. She also recently did vocals for  Wu-Tang: An American Saga - on HULU and DEATH IN PARADISE on  BBC. She also did vocals for the tv show called AMERICAN  HOUSEWIFE on ABC, The Neighbors - where she worked with legendary composer Alan Menken, She sang on several episodes on the NETFLIX special called the GET DOWN, also on We Will Rise, on  ABC, not to mention Let It Shine (Disney) and Sex and The City 2  Soundtrack. Laura Jane is also featured on the LETTERS TO JULIET  movie soundtrack where she did a remake of the classic Italian song called QUANDO QUANDO QUANDO with Chris Mann.  







Laura Jane has released two albums independently, TO MY PLANET  BOO in 2005 and EVERYTHING CHANGES IN 2012.
