I launched this podcast in May 2021 after doing everything I could to avoid doing something like this.
Deep down I knew that taking the conversations that I'd been having with our audience in a live broadcast and delivering them in a way that they could connect with differently was going to become something that would feel like it was too big for me, and so I ran from it for a long time.
I was afraid of the potential so I avoided the responsibility.
