In the previous episode I talked about Windows and Mirrors, a concept that I first learned about in the book 'Good to Great" by Jim Collins. I believe that if we take this concept and we apply it to our confidence growth journey we are able to recognize that it's okay to have support and that life will present us with opportunities to look at ourselves instead of pointing the finger toward other people.
We get to be the thermostat in our lives.
