Believe it or not, even the movie 'Encanto" can teach us about confidence - more specifically, how the learned behaviors from our familial relationships can cause us through our confidence growth journeys.
I've been working on this episode since first watching the movie when it came out on Disney+ on Christmas Eve 2021. I knew there was some "there there" for us to talk about but I needed to process it so we could have a productive conversation. In this episode I'm identifying the experiences of 3 characters and what we can observe from their evolution.
