Our latest Deep Thoughts on Shallow Subjects borrows a theme from our most recent The Italian Job podcast as we are drafting our favorite heist movies. We figured our lists would probably be too similar for a Top 5 so we needed to go the draft route. We spend a little more time on our respective movies than we did in the villain draft and Troy chases plenty of squirrels, as usual.
Goofs: The name of the book that Troy references is The Nolan Variations: The Movies, Mysteries, and Marvels of Christopher Nolan by Tom Shone. Troy also couldn’t remember Nicolas Winding Refn was the director of Drive.
