Have you ever had someone you worked for and went "how did they get there?" That's what I got to see with Kiana Bell, an active duty Army sergeant major. She gave us the inside scoop on her life, from her early days as the oldest of six children helping raise the others, to progressing through the Army while dealing with all the curveballs, to finally addressing life outside of your career.
