Michael Kelley is currently the Senior Vice President of International Commercial Licensing at Ralph Lauren. Michael has forged his path as a sales associate to global fashion executive in Ralph Lauren since the 90s, and before that starting as a Sales Associate at Polo in the late 80s. As his responsibilities have grown in breadth and complexity, after moving from New York to Tokyo with the Company, and most recently Hong Kong to London, Michael has stayed true to himself, remaining grounded and authentic throughout his whole life experience. For episode 2, Michael will share his secrets to professional and spiritual fulfillment.
