Tom Harmer is a Bradford based documentary film director with a passion to capture the stories that illustrate the true value of humanity. For many years he’s worked freelance to support various international NGOs and corporate clients in their storytelling objectives through film and it’s with this broad experience that he’s now venturing into producing his own film projects.
During lockdown he produced a short doc per week and featured them on 52humans.com to a warm reception on social media, and in 2023 produced his first 30 minute documentary short, The Sanctuary Seekers of Bradford which screened at BAFTA, BIFA and Oscar qualifying festivals.
