The way the recently concluded Kenya presidential election ended up being decided by the Supreme Court will be discussed and studied for a long time, because of the role spirituality played in the contest. Leveraging one’s Christian-faith as an electoral advantage and going ahead to create a voting block out of it, is only a phenomena of USA politics. It has not been replicated well elsewhere and least of all in the African continent.
