We start today off with me giving you a quick rundown of the type of things we do around retention in our own Fitness Business, DKnine Fitness.
** I can stress how important it is to, first of all, make all new clients feel welcomed and at home as soon as possible during the front end phase, then to keep month after month, setting targets and event month in advanced will help keep clients focused. We go into more details on this during today's episode episode 🙌
We then jump into an interview with Damien Coates from Lean Body Project which I recorded the other week, where he tells us a little about his own client retention policies for his Fitness Business and how he manages to keep over 200 clients, happy, focused and staying for years.
