This week has been all about how to transition and move your fitness business online during lockdown 🤯
With the idea that you will switch it back when you're allowed
On Monday, we chatted with Tobias about his 9 step system
Tuesday, we discussed 5 steps to set up your Facebook adverts to make sure you're getting high-quality warm leads
Wednesday we discussed what's working for us when moving online
And today I'm sharing a foundational tip 👉🏼
When you're creating your online business there are a few things you must consider
Your online business doesn't need to be exactly the same as your face to face business
Your business might be crossfit 🏋🏻♀️
But you personally might enjoy working with people who need more rehab work
So your online programme could reflect this
Plus
What you charge face to face and online could be different
So as our topic for today ⬇️
Remember you don't need to have something completely set in stone
We started with over 30's ladies
Now we run it for both men and women
At the start it was small group 4 to 1
Now it's 12-1 🤗
Because we wanted to help more people
The business is always adapting
If you are moving to an online session, go for it, but you can always change it up
Maybe you will start high end but after a couple of weeks you may realise you want to lower the price a little 💰
Your business will always be adapting to your needs
Don't box yourself in
Feel free to step away and do what's right for you 🏃🏻♂️
Never let the business take control of you
Are all, you set up your own business so you could be in charge and do what you want to do
