This week has been all about pivoting your business 

We started off with Greg, he came on and talked all about transitioning his Yoga business during Lockdown and how he came out the other side 🧘🏻‍♀️

Yesterday, I shared an insight into how we're changing DKnine Fitness to make sure we're optimising the business and protecting ourselves if we go into another lockdown 

Today I'm sharing with you something we're doing now before we do this upgrade, to get better results moving forwards 🙌🏻

Yesterday we talked about the change in pricing and structure 

But this won't happen until January 

So, until then...

We need to optimise the amount of people we have coming in 

It will be hard to convince people to come and join us so close to Christmas 🎄

So we're also going to re-engage with previous or former clients 

These are people who already know us, already trust us & may be eager to start again 

This all starts with a simple text or message on Facebook 📱

Finding out what they've been up to and what their current fitness and health goals are

Following that, we explain we're going to make changes and there will be a difference in price if they were to join after Christmas 🏋🏻‍♀️

So why not jump in now and get that lower rate before things change 

Doing this, we've had 3 people join just this week 

So, going back to your former clients can really make a difference 

Make them a great offer 

Right now your ad budget may be lower, and this is a great alternative way to make those sales 

Yes, we're still running Facebook Ads and we aren't in lockdown so its relatively easier for us 

But I hope that gives you an insight into what we're doing here at DKnine 

You see, there are sales in old clients!
