Description

On this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing lead singer for 90's UK R&B/Pop group MN8 KG. This is a rarity because he rarely gives any interviews since the band took an indefinite hiatus after the release of their sophomore album Freaky back in 1996. This interview is no holds barred as we discuss the origins of MN8, their rise to fame, the climb in the journey as being the UK's first successful R&B group, Take That, E-17, Boyzone and the landscape of UK Pop, U.S. R&B influence on UK urban acts, racism, Black Lives Matter, their encounter with a pre fame Spice Girls and so much more. It was quite refreshing to hear his point of view on a lot of things and trust me... He holds nothing back!!!! So sit back, relax, and enjoy this rare interview with a member of a group that paved the way for every UK urban group that followed their path(Even bands like 5ive and countless others took MN8's formula and made it into pop success).
