In this week's podcast episode, I give my 5 step process to manifest your goals this month. The first step is to declare what you want. Ask yourself what something you wish you had done last month. What are you beating yourself up with? The second step is to create an action plan. What action steps do you need to take to generate that manifestation into physical form? You have to take action to manifest your goals due to the universal law of inspired action. The third step is to not get attached to the timeline. Just because you didn't accomplish your goal doesn't mean you aren't capable of accomplishing it. You just misunderstand the work that you needed to do. The fourth step is to create affirmations from your goals. Set reminders on your phone to signal your brain to take action. The last step is to make sure you have fun! How can you bring excitement to taking action towards your goals?
