Hello sports fans and welcome to the 29th episode of Pub Talk Rugby league. A Podcast where old mates from high school meet up to talk about Rugby League. This podcast is joined by Smokes, The Phantom and The Principal. We talk about the two games that were played in the Preliminary final. We discussed how surprised we were with the defence of the Panthers who beat the storm. And we reminisce about our teams in their former glory days when they would win grand finals twice in a row.
We go through our beer bets and place our final ones for the year. Congrats to Smokes for basically winning a case of beer at the Principals expense. Somehow the Phantom gets away with what he started with, which is surprising considering how bad he is a tipping the games and that Smokes and the Principal placed about half of his bets the season.
