There's no doubt that women have come a long way in society. From being able to vote and hold office, to playing prominent roles in business and the military, women continue to break down barriers every day. Despite this progress, however, there are still some who believe that women are not as capable as men when it comes to leading others or making important decisions. This is simply not true. Women have proven time and again that they are just as capable as men of taking on leadership roles and achieving great things.
There is no question that women have a lot of power and potential when it comes to being great leaders. In fact, studies have shown time and time again that companies with more women in leadership positions perform better than those without. Yet despite this evidence, women are still too often passed over for promotions and leadership roles. Why is this the case? And what can we do to change it? These are some of the questions we'll be exploring in today's episode.
