When you hear the term Imposter Syndrome, what comes to mind? This kind of pretense causes so much anxiety and leaves us feeling like we are not good enough, no matter what our accomplishments may be.

Unfortunately, imposter syndrome is all too common among women. In fact, according to recent studies, up to 70 percent of us experience these feelings at some point in our lives. But guess what? YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT A FRAUD. The truth is, you can do anything you set your mind to. So don't let anyone tell you otherwise - especially yourself.

Through this episode, I will walk you through what Imposter Syndrome is, how it affects people, and how to overcome Imposter Syndrome and finally banish those self-doubts for good to become the best version of ourselves.
