I decided to record this weeks episode while I was meal planning, and I really wanted to share this with you because a couple days prior it was Easter and we had a BBQ at mums and in true ethnic style there was a loaded amount of left overs. I don't know about you guys but when I eat BBQ I kinda want to have a bit of break from eating the same thing over and over but I also do not like wasting food. So I sat down with you and filmed my process on how I incorporated left overs in creating other amazing dishes that wouldn't have me feeling like I was eating the same thing day in day out for days.
