Today we will clear the solar plexus chakra with light language. Breathe in and out and begin to clear words, patterns, beliefs, spells, thoughts that intrude or are not for our highest good. After this short practice- drinking water and foods of the color yellow such as bananas, yellow peppers etc can also be beneficial to continue clearing.
There is nothing to be done while listening. But you may close your eyes and receive by playing it in the background, while sleeping, or just on play while doing your thing! Enjoy!
