If you have ever been hypnotised before, the likelihood is that the hypnotist used some form of induction. If you have trained in hypnosis, you will certainly have been taught at least one induction, if not many more.
An induction can be as creative as the hypnotist, and likely the same induction will have the individual hypnotists spin on the delivery.
We also talk about testing and deepening trance work.
