Puberty is not only an awkward time in a child’s life, but also in a parents life. It is our responsibility to explain puberty to our children and what they will expect during this time. Sometimes the conversations can be weird and uncomfortable, but it’s gotta be done! We talk about how we brought it up with our older kids, and when we plan on talking about it with our younger kids. We discuss what books we’ve used, and how uncomfortable it was for us but necessary.
