Today’s guest is Kim Baker. Kim is the founder of Kim Baker Foods, has nearly 20 years of experience in the food industry. In 2019, Kim launched Pro-Chi, a line of healthy snacks that make it easy for people to eat with intention. All Pro-Chi products are made with organic lentils and are vegan and grain-free. Lentils, a powerhouse ingredient, are foundational to her products, supporting well-being and strength with important macro and micro-nutrients. Pro Chi aspires to provide delicious nutritionally crafted products inspired by innovation and intentionality.
Kim earned her Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York and has a B.S. in Biology and an M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. Kim has been trained as a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt and has cooked live on the TODAY Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda.
