Today's episode picture shows Jarrel Seeker's process of meditation. First we slow the mind so that we can align my basic 7 chakra points and get grounded to Gaia. Once grounded I step out of time space and shift in to space time. Once out of time space I like to work on visualization my DNA folding and becoming more entangled. Then I open my 8th Chakras gate to connect to my personal Logas, which is Magnus. Then I have Magnus balance and merge with my feminine aspect AVA. Those elements together propel me in to our sun Ochi who then shots me all the way to my soulstar Ra in Artarus some where.
