this week's episode is gonna be on one of my all time favorite soul/dance records from the 60's. one that is super upbeat and is also laced with complex emotions within the lyrics. this week's song is also a switch up from the two songs we talked about last week as those songs were basically emotional mid tempo ballads with a horn or woodwind instrumental lead, this song is more of an uptempo guitar and horn driven soul tune that sounds like it was recorded in the south. this week I do parts one and two of this show in one episode, next week might be an interview episode, but I'll definitely keep you in the loop regarding that, here's the link to this week's song just in case you wanted to listen to it..
