I started off my career as a Recruiter and still dabble in recruitment from time-to-time. If you’re to go by the many the negative comments on LinkedIn, Recruiters often get a bad wrap. Yes, there are some awful Recruiters out there but that doesn’t mean there aren’t amazing people too.
