On this episode of Keeping up with your Breasties we welcome Liz, a labor and delivery nurse who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2018. We all find at some point in our lives that we compare ourselves to others either physically or when you are going through breast cancer you tend to compare suffering and pain. If you are reading this still, I want you to know that your suffering, your pain, your experiences are ALL valid. Stop comparing yourself or your experiences to others, respect their experience as theirs and then turn that respect inwards because you have your own experiences that need to be acknowledged.
