The Rose is an amazing Healthcare nonprofit and specifically helps women seeking breast health care. They helped me through my journey and continue to help me spread my story. For 2021 Women's History Month and the theme of standing up for oneself I was featured on The Rose social media, my story was told in a Houston Chronicle Article, and I was interviewed on live TV. None of this would have been possible without The Rose, so give them a shoutout if you or a loved one has been or go see them for your next annual mammogram.
