Even though the title says all ladies, please use your own discretion when it comes to appropriate age groups. This is a more female topic than anything I have covered up to this point. I will eventually get to the point in my journey where I underwent IVF and egg retrieval but since we aren't there yet this will be the first conversation we have about the subject (ie. vaginas/sex).
I also mention in the podcast that women should give men the go ahead to listen to this podcast. I only mean that if you are a woman and you are listening to this episode with a man, I suggest you listen alone before deciding if the content is appropriate to share in your relationship.
