In this episode, Jonah shares his stories on how he found him self struggling to get what he wanted out of his weight loss journey for as long as he can remember.
It then followed him into his personal training career where he could only make his clients work hard but not lose weight.
With his struggles and the lack of success of his clients, he took a step back and tried to figure out why this wasn't working the way he thought it was supposed to.
In doing so, he was able to come up his simple 3 step framework that he made for himself and he teaches his clients to not only achieve their health and fitness goals, but to sustain it for a life time.
