This episode is a little different than what I usually create.
This episode, in honor of the 2 year anniversary, I wanted to somewhat reintroduce myself and give you some bits of where I come from. The lessons I've learned beyond health and fitness that have helped me find my passion in helping others.
I go over my upbringing, my lessons learned playiing sports, my relationships with myself, food, and others and how they all play a role in how and why I have learned so much to help others understand themselves from the inside out.
I had to do the same thing.
And I want to save you the time it took me to learn the lessons so you can start thriving in the life you want to live.
