In this episode, I wanted to give you the 4 step process that I had to learn in one of the areas I struggled with the most in my own journey.

Creating control around foods that make us feel like we've undone a lot of our hard work. This isn't always the case, and control just isn't about saying no and having enough will power to do so.

Control is a little more freeing than that and I think that this is an episode that you will enjoy if this is something you've struggled with in the past.
