This episode may be one of my favorites.
In it I go over the exact process I work with my clients on their journeys after they've tried everything in the past and nothing has worked. They feel defeated and that if anything goes wrong when they invest in their health that they are failures that don't deserve to get to their goals.
The reality of this process, as you can see in the title, is that you need "failure" and without it you wouldn't be able to find the actual path that works for you for the long run.
Your relationship to failure shouldn't be a toxic one, but a inquisitive one, because we learn far more from our failures than we do our successes, and I hope you find this episode helpful in seeing that point of view.
