The truth is, you don't have to lose any weight to improve how your body looks and when you understand that, you can build a much more sustainable lifestyle with your health and training that gives you better results.

All it takes is proper understanding of how your body works and what you've been telling it to do whenever you ate as little as possible and just worked out more.

There's a reason those results you got didn't last and in this episode that's what I want to give you.

The ability to tell your body to do exactly what you want it to do when you understand it better, making it much easier to show up for yourself consistently and get better results because of it.
