Description

In this epsisode, Jonah speaks with elite level trainer Josh Cuthbert.

Josh trains a few dozen professional athletes including All Pro Tight End George Kittle and  Green Bay Tight End Robert Tonyan. 

Josh shares his experience with the process of training athletes and how functional strength is the most important thing athletes need to translate to on field performance.  Without proper strength, force absorption and distribution, without control, athletes will fail to produce high performing games and are more likely to get injured.

Jonah shares his journey about rebuilding himself and his strength since football ended and how he feels more in shape than he ever did because of the strength he built!
