In this brief episode, I share a topic that has been on my mind that many of us can easily overlook.

One day you won't be able to move as much as you would like, some of your friends or family may not be here, you may miss the time that you're in now.

We tend not to think about these things because they can be very uncomfortable if we don't use it appropriately. Something I've been trying to practice is use these reminders to embrace the things I have now, the time I have now, and take action to the best of my ability now.

Making myself more present in situations where I would be annoyed. Or talking myself into taking action instead of remaining stagnant with the hustle and bustle of life.

Yes these things can be tough to think about, but they can be powerful reminders that the best you can do with the time that you have is more than good enough.

Do what you can with the time that you have now and you will guarantee your success.
