Description

In the episode, I wanted to share the main lessons I teach with my clients to help them manage the holidays.

As you can tell from the title, it's usually the opposite advice most people give, allow yourself to have some of the food you want instead of constantly of everything you can't have.

It changes the narrative so you end up walking into a holiday with much more awareness and control rather than anxiety and stress that leads to you spiraling for the remainder of the year.
