In this episode, I go over a huge mistake I see people make when it comes to weight loss.

Everything they do is centered around weight loss and nothing else. No consideration for what's going on in their life, no consideration for if they like what they're doing, and definitely no consideration for if they can even sustain what they're doing.

It's a common problem that many don't realize is a problem until they don't get to where they want to go and don't understand why.

It takes time to see this pattern and then shift your perspective to what I talk about in the episode which makes this entire process a lot simpler and easier to maintain for the long run.
