A lot of people imagine it's just about having more will power and just say no. But willpower is a limited resource that will eventually lead to the same struggles happening.
It really is about learning to look both ways before you cross the street. A simple principle that I help people through by learning to fully think through a decision before a behavior is taken. Just as you do when you look both ways before crossing the street.
I try to keep this as simple as possible because it is easy on paper but in practice (and especially without practicing in general) it can and is a challenge for many people that makes it incredibly difficult for them to achieve their desired weight and health goals.
I want to give you the exact process to change that, to get out of your own way with emotional easy and make staying consistent with your goals a hell of a lot easier.
