In this episode, I talk about my favorite topics of identifying and reducing stressors so that you can start to feel better now and make the process of changing your body a little easier.

Stress takes multiple forms and when its persistent our body will find a way to deal and cope with it. Usually in ways that are not conducive to the goals that you have for yourself.

My goal is to help you understand your stressors, accept what you have control over, and take consistent action to whatever degree you can to unlock your potential and keep you on a path to success no matter whats going on.
