Kuyt was speaking at event with the LFC Foundation and SC Johnson as part of the #IWill challenge campaign that urges football fans to reduce plastic waste both on and off the pitch.
The LFC x SCJ ‘Goals for Change’ partnership, which was announced last September, was fostered to create a closed-loop recycling model for the more than 500,000 plastic bottles used at Anfield each season. ‘Goals for Change’ is joint effort from both parties that aims to help fans understand what they can do to help create a more sustainable future.
