Ryan Sage is originally from Echuca in Victoria. He grew up in the border town with a pretty normal country life of going to school, fishing and enjoying a quite life on the Murray River.
After finishing school he became a jackaroo working on a large cattle station in New South Wales before he found himself on another cattle station in the Territory. A stint in the defence force and a bit of soul searching followed and then Ryan found himself back in the Territory where he has basically been ever since.
Ryan is a park ranger for his day job and he also owns 2nd hand record shop in Darwin city as a side hustle. And there's also a bit of frustrated DJ waiting to get out somewhere inside of him.
