Description

On the weekend edition of the podcast this week Chris and Co have been in the bunker again this week and have been unearthing more future award winning articles. NT Parliament's Estimates dominated the coverage this week as when Estimates is on it's all hands on deck isn't it? Well sort of, no Chief Minister this week and a missing Chief Executive whose whereabouts is being kept under wraps. And asking about it was simply not acceptable apparently.

Each week we speak with Chris Walsh, Editor of the NT Independent online newspaper, about some of the stories making news in the Territory.

This week's stories are:

1. Police Minister took legal action against Action for Alice administrator as page in limbo

2. ‘Is there ever a problem?’: Tourism Minister says crime not to blame for slow start to season

3. Secret Chalker payout came out of police budget: Lawler

4. Have you seen Andy? Minister loses cool over question about missing chief executive

5. ‘Our compromised Labor Government’: Former Labor insider calls for end to public cash for political gain

6. Darwin Mayor’s wife’s connections to Chinese Govt’s Confucius Institute exposed
